NFHL to hold its fifty-first AGM next month

NATIONAL Foods Holdings Limited (NFHL) is going to hold its fifty-first Annual General Meeting on the 9th of November at Royal Harare Golf Club.
The purpose of the meeting is the mandate to re-elect directors by individual resolutions in terms of section 201 of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act[Chapter 24:31].
Leigh Caroline Howes Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary said Mr. Todd Moyo and Lovejoy Nyandoro will be elected the Directors of the Company at the meeting. The meeting is also mandated at approving the appointment of Mr. Manojkumar (“Manoj”) Bhikabhai who was appointed as Director of the Company with the effect of 28 October 2020.
National Food Holdings Limited (NFHL) is going to appoint Deloitte and Touche as auditors for the company.
“This change has been necessitated in terms of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange(ZSE) listing requirements, SI 134 of 2019, whereby companies must change their Audition firm every ten years,” Howes said.
“The outgoing auditors for National Foods Holdings Limited are Ernst and Young Private Limited. They saved as the auditors of the Company for the past 10 years.”
