PICK N PAY has launched a paper-saving system of digital receipts for its Smart Shopper cardholders.
These new Digital Receipts will be computerized and sent to customers’ email addresses as they replace the physical copy of till receipts.
The till receipts have become unpopular especially with the recent outbreak of coronavirus.
Pick n Pay said these digital copies will be sent within minutes of a transaction at your local shopping Centre.
For easy access receipts will be loaded onto your account on the PnP app. The PnP App is available to download via the App Store for iOS or via the Google Play Store for Android devices.
However, customers still do have the decision for a physical printout of their full receipt should they wish.
Meanwhile, the pilot testing phase saw a registration of 13 000 customers Pick n Pay has said.
